This Privacy Policy describes how Simply Agentic AI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: username, email address, and hashed password when you register.
Billing information: payment is processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — we never store raw card numbers.
API keys: if you provide third-party API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic), these are stored in your account settings and used exclusively to operate features you have enabled.
Connected accounts: if you connect Google (Gmail/Calendar), we store OAuth tokens to send emails and create calendar events on your behalf. We do not read or store the content of emails we do not send.
Usage data: AI conversation threads, CRM contacts, uploaded files, and other content you create within the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To send transactional emails (seat codes, password resets) through your configured email provider.
To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted sessions, HTTPS-only transmission, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and keep your API keys confidential.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Backups may retain data for up to 30 days after deletion.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at SimplyAgenticAI@gmail.com.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is essential for the Service to function. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Stripe. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data passed to them. We recommend reviewing their policies.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
